BendFlow Protect Terms & Conditions
Last updated November 1, 2026
App terms version 2026-11-01.1
1. Acceptance and authorized use
These terms govern use of the BendFlow Protect portal provided by BendFlow Plumbing LLC. By selecting I agree, you accept these terms for your authorized use of the homeowner, technician or administrator account. Use the portal only for its intended functions and in accordance with applicable law.
Opening, downloading or using the app alone does not authorize subscription charges, sign a membership agreement, provide any separately required consent to electronic records, or enroll you in optional texts or marketing. Those activities remain subject to their applicable separate disclosures and permissions.
2. Accounts and information
- Use only the account and records you are authorized to access.
- Keep your sign-in method secure and notify BendFlow Plumbing if you believe an account is being misused.
- Provide accurate contact, property, application, service, and repair information and promptly report needed corrections.
- Do not interfere with the portal, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use records for an unlawful purpose.
3. Membership agreement controls
Portal summaries, benefit meters, inspection records, and service-history displays are provided for convenience. A homeowner's signed BendFlow Protect Membership Agreement, approved pricing, written estimates, and separately authorized work control the applicable membership benefits, fees, discounts, exclusions, renewal, and cancellation terms. If a portal summary conflicts with a signed agreement or written estimate, the signed agreement or estimate controls.
4. Service requests and emergencies
An online request is not a guarantee of an appointment time or immediate emergency response. For an active plumbing leak or urgent plumbing issue, shut off the nearest safe water supply if possible and call 704-491-4939. If there is immediate danger to people or property, contact emergency services.
5. Electronic records and communications
The portal may provide applications, agreements, signatures, reports, invoices, notices, and service communications electronically. Membership applicants receive the separate electronic-record disclosures and choices stated in their application. Keep your email address current and save or print records you want to retain.
6. Third-party services and availability
Secure sign-in, email delivery, invoice links, scheduling links, or other features may be provided by third parties and may also be subject to their terms. BendFlow Plumbing may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue a portal feature and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Records, disclaimers, and responsibility
Inspection and service records describe accessible conditions observed or work documented at the time; conditions can change. The portal does not replace emergency assistance, a written estimate, or the signed membership agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited or ended for unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, or abusive use. We may update these portal terms as features or requirements change. We display the current version and ask you to accept a new version before account access. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.
