One place for your home’s service records

Homeowners can apply for membership, view their membership status, open plumbing inspection reports and photos, review service history and invoice records, and request plumbing service. Homeowners with multiple registered properties can select the home they want to manage.

BendFlow personnel use the portal to document inspections and repairs, review applications and agreements, and coordinate service requests. Account records and inspection photos require authorized sign-in.

Annual home inspection care

Along with the plumbing checks and report, annual inspection care includes cleaning faucet aerators, accessible fixed showerheads, and handheld shower spray heads when safely serviceable. Your technician records completed cleaning and any access or condition limits in your report.

How Google Calendar is used

Only authorized BendFlow office staff connect the business Google account. The portal reads its calendar list to identify the business Calendar, checks busy times to offer service windows, and reads relevant event details to prevent duplicate reservations and verify saved holds.

For an eligible request, the portal creates a private service hold on the business Calendar with the request number, customer contact details, service address and issue. Callback inquiries become all-day office follow-up items that do not reserve a visit. Homeowners do not connect their own Google accounts or receive Calendar invitations from this integration.

Visits use two-hour windows Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., Eastern time. Sundays are closed. Every requested visit awaits office confirmation.
