Proposed new membership: a 12-month initial term, followed by monthly continuation. Review the complete home-specific agreement before signing. Larger homes and selected tankless maintenance receive a home-specific approved price. Benefits begin on the first of the next month after the inspection, signed agreement and payment setup are complete.

Includes up to one hour of eligible labor each month, with no rollover; parts and materials are separate. Annual inspection care includes cleaning faucet aerators, accessible fixed showerheads, and handheld spray heads when safely serviceable. Your written agreement explains the full benefits and exclusions.
